I gained deep insight into the world of food through my studies in food technology. Working as a product developer for technological applications, I created different solutions for a global ingredients company. I got a lot of experience with the techno-functional properties of raw materials and their synergy effects in the right combination.
As a product manager, I was able to observe different market trends and the rise of the plant-based market in the last few years from the perspective of supplying formulations and product solutions.
At Vemag Maschinenbau GmbH I am in charge of applications with plant-based proteins. I advise our partners worldwide on new products, different manufacturing processes and potential sales market. In doing so, I can offer a large network of different companies in order to optimally address individual preferences.
