The trained master baker and food technician have been working for Vemag as a product manager in the convenience division for 24 years.

The married father has tried and tested many products, whether they have been filled, dosed, or portioned regardless if they have been meat, fish, cheese or plant-based. Most of the finished products he has enjoyed, whereas, with those that weren’t his cup of tea, he has always offered recommendations.

Michael enthusiastically helps in finding the right machine for new products and in making the production of existing products more efficient.
