Tom Faulkner

Tom heads up the Plant-Based team at Winterbotham Darby.  He’s spent the last 25 years working within Food FMCG companies, starting at Kraft Foods. There he experienced direct and field sales and national account management before heading up a national account and field sales team in their Away-from-Home division.

He moved onto Macsween, leading their retail growth, gaining UK listings for the brand and initiating & launching own label opportunities for M&S and Waitrose.

He joined Winterbotham Darby in 2016 and most recently, has been key to the strategic growth of their plant-based category – planning and delivering their commercial plant-based objectives. He was part of the team that developed and launched the Squeaky Bean brand and it was this cross-functional and cross-site team project which led to Winterbotham Darby winning Plant-Based Manufacturing Company of the Year.
