ENSA is the European Plant-Based Foods Association representing internationally operating European companies, producing plant-based foods and beverages such as plant-based drinks, alternatives to yoghurts or alternatives to meat.
Our members range from large corporations to small, family-owned businesses with a combined annual turnover close to 1 billion. Since its establishment in 2003, ENSA has been raising awareness about the role of a plant-based diet in moving towards more sustainable food production and consumption patterns.
Vinciane Patelou is leading the Secretariat of ENSA in Brussels, where she works as a consultant specialised in EU food policy. Having advised many food companies and associations, Vinciane has over 10 years of experience in the food sector, ranging from agricultural production to marketing and consumption, public health and the environment.
